They are very loving and cuddly and contrary to appearances, they are not made out of bread instead their scales are very soft and they are very warm to the touch- just like a loaf of fresh baked bread~!
They are also MASTER Bakers in regards to any and all types of bread~
Dragon bread for #Michaelmas made by R.E.A.L.M. (yeah our initials can spell a word that goes well with dragons 🙌). We have been reading stories & discussing the meaning of this holiday all week. This was our first year diving into this celebration. It was beautiful & fun! We discussed how to conquer the inner dragons & shine light into the darkness that the plan of love & light may work out. This was an easy way to introduce my children to The Great Invocation. Celebrated Michaelmas here today.. we stirred and sprayed prep 500-horn manure, baked Michaelmas Dragon Bread and buns in the cob oven, watched the eurythmy performance in the Auditorium and listened to the Michaelmas story of the knight and the dragon. It was a hot day, didn't feel like fall at all but it's starting to look like it! Brilliant reds, oranges and yellows aglow in the trees! Tomorrow will be more Michaelmas festivities at the Fellowship. This is all bringing me straight back to my childhood when I grew up right here in this community. What a magical time of year.
