Iris walked into her bedroom and blinked as she looked at the passed out trainer. She walked over and poked the trainer's shoulder. "Hey? are you okay?" She asked, unaware of the other's nudity.

"...Nnnng...h-huh?" The girl asks, lifting her head, looking at Iris with groggy, tired eyes. Wait, how did she get here? She must have been so tired that she didn't remember crawling into random bed....again. "I-I'm sorry..." Ami sat up, also unaware of her lack of clothing.

Iris lingered at the door of N's room. She was hesitant before walking to his bedside. The two were alone in the rather cold feeling room. "Hey N... " She spoke softly, looking at his sickly dying form. She reached out and placed her hand on his. "I went to Nimbasa earlier..." She began telling him of her adventure, breaking down into tears half way through. "And.. I... I.." She shook as her tears fell. "I liked having you as a friend...I promise not to forget you..." She whispered glancing at N

The king was tucked firmly into his bed, due to his overprotective sisters. They kept telling him that he’d get better, but…

He listened carefully to Iris talking. He couldn’t help it, but he cried a little himself when she did. When she finished talking, N smiled up at her warmly. His weak hand clenched hers. “You… were a wonderful friend, Iris…. For that alone, I thank you…” he said, stopping for a violent coughing fit.

"Thank you so much…. Iris… Take care…. Please…" N whispered. He looked at her one last time… Before closing his eyes and taking his final breath.
