Flat colour of my dragon character, Sidra. I roleplay her in a couple fandoms, one being a setting my husband created, though she's been most-played in World of Warcraft as a red dragon. Still a WIP, I aim to try and colour/shade her later. The tattoo was heavily inspired by some of AlviaAlcedo 's beautiful work! I could not find many pictures of baby dragons, so tried to make it look like the whelplings from WoW encircling a pretty blue orb. The model she is based off of is the lovely Vanessa Romo. Done with Clip Studio Paint Pro + drawing tablet.   About Sidra (and this particular drawing: 

She is what's called a dragon of life, and holds all living things in high regard, hailing from a very matriarchal faith in what is the equivalent to Ancient Greece/Turkey. Her way of life is very much inspired by the ancient Minoans and Mycenaeans as well, and the dress in particular was something I really enjoyed from ASOIAF, specifically the Qartheen dresses that Daenerys sometimes wore. Basically, for Sidra, this style of dress is very traditional, and one (or both) breasts are commonly shown, for beauty and also because their land is just very hot!
