Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Did you know that the Dragon Quest series is so popular in Japan that spawned a rumour of the country taking a dip in produtivity whenever a new entry in this franchise came out? And that made the government pass a law forbiding the game from launching during the week?Anyway, Dragon Quest is a series of Japanese role playing videogames that had an huge impact on this genre but it still hasn't become popular outside of Japan. With that said I've always been curious about this games that had beautiful art from Akira Toryiama from Dragon Ball fame, but since I'm not that great at RPG's I never took the chance on them.Well my friends, I got to say that I'm glad that I finally made the jump and got Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age for my Switch (also available on PS4) and I loved it! From its amazing visuals to the Adam West Batman's inspired battle music KAPOW!!, this rapidly became my favourite JRPG!!Despite the story being the usual Hero on a quest to save the world there's enough twists and turns on this fantasy world that won't let you drop the controller until the very end. Oh! I can't forget the memorable characters such as Sylvando, Veronica or even Jade! This description is going long now, so I better talk about the piece already. I'm depicting one of my favourite parts on the game where you need to defend the last bastion of humankind from those wretched monsters. With that said I did a couple alterations from that scene by adding two characters that don't appear on that part in order to make the piece more appealing.Like usual I hope guys like my take on this game.Until next time!
Dragon Quest is a (c) and Tm from Square Enix.
