Ingredients: 1 cup sushi rice. Nori sheets. Soy sauce. Wasabi. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 cucumber, julienned. 4 ounces cooked shrimp, sliced. 4 ounces cooked crabmeat. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Sesame seeds.
Instructions: Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down.
