Ingredients: 1 cup sushi rice. 1 1/4 cups water. 4 sheets nori seaweed. 1/2 lb sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced. 1/2 lb sushi-grade tuna, thinly sliced. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 teaspoon sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Toasted sesame seeds for garnish. Soy sauce, for serving.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the sushi rice, then let it cool. Add sriracha sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt to a small bowl. Mix them all together to make spicy mayo sauce. On a bamboo sushi mat, put a piece of nori. Put some sushi rice on top of the nori, leaving a little space at the top. On top of the rice, put slices of salmon, tuna, and avocado. Put some hot mayo sauce on top of the filling. Using the bamboo mat to roll the sushi tightly, seal the edge with water. Cut the roll into eight pieces. Add toasted sesame seeds as a garnish. Put soy sauce on top.
