Necromancing old projects part ???: Dragonslayer Spear
I’ve watched so many Elden Ring streams recently that it drove me into a FromSoft mood and since I had so much propmaking shit lying around right now I dusted off the Dragonslayer set I still haven’t finished in years.
First order of business was the spear because it only needed the speartip and painting on the handle portion. At first I wasn’t sure if I made it big enough or too big so I checked what other cosplayers did, and then checked how long it looked like in-game, and came to the conclusion that it really doesn’t matter because I’m basing the entire thing on one statue that has all the details and the spear on that one was big. At more than eight feet long, this is the longest prop I’ve ever made.
