So it looks like this doujin only comes in physical. Pixiv booth accepts US credit cards, but for physical shipping you’ll need a proxy I believe.

Here is the product if you want to buy it that way.

And here is a proxy service I’ve heard good things about.

If you do end up going through with booth let me know if you need help making an account. The site also has an English version which helps. And if you have a Pixiv account you can use that. Afterwards just go to booth.pm/options and you can put in your payment.
