Manny's Landscaping & Masonry did a beautiful job on my patio. I originally asked Wilmer for a quote on just planting flowers and a bush, but he suggested allowing them to lift and fill the pavers, which came to more than I had budgeted, but I'm so glad I did it. My patio looks so much better, because of it. Wilmer has a great eye for beauty and arrangement, and he added little touches without charging me, because he is a perfectionist. They also did a great job cleaning the dust off of the patio furniture when their work was finished. I have high standards, and I was very satisfied with their work.

In Spring 2024, I discovered a leak of the waterline on my property in Cortlandt Manor. As the property is about 40 years old, and the responsibility for that line from the point of the town water connection at the street is the homeowners, and under reasonable advice, I decided to replace the whole line, a distance of almost 300 feet. This was a significant project with unanticipated costs. It was necessary to hire both an excavator and plumbing company. I sought estimates from five excavators. Manny's estimate was competitive. Upon completion of an on-site evaluation by Wilmer, and review of the requirements, I contracted Manny's for the job. This job involved some unknowns, as the property is rocky. Additionally, due to the rocky conditions and location of the existing waterline, the new line was required to be installed parallel to the older line, and involved navigation around other critical utility lines(communications/gas line/electric). Once the task was coordinated with my plumbing company, the project commenced in September 2024. From start to finish, Wilmer and his team oversaw the excavation, improvised when a rocky obstacle was encountered, and worked in close cooperation with the plumbing team laying the new waterline. When the new waterline installation was completed, Manny's team followed the code standards closely, covering the waterline in sand. This was followed by a cautious refill of the very long trench, with rocky soil. His team completed the job through appropriate leveling, raking, clearing, seeding, and salt hay.
I was very satisfied with Manny's work and glad I chose him to carry out the project. I fully endorse the integrity of his work.
