Here’s a couple of my abstract paintings

Here are two paintings I did over the last three years, the first is about the end of one romantic relationship and moving into a new one. The other painting (gray) is about my relationship with my gender identity.

Made a new heart piece

Man there’s getting to be a lot of these I really need to come up with a name for them all

Over the years I’ve name heart artworks involving a powerful (negative or positive) that represents that particular relationship to me. Now this particular piece is my hands holding my heart which is a combination of all the things my heart has been through. The one on the left is the piece from last year ; on the right is it now completed .

It’s been five years since I made this art blog. Time for a new name!! Changing it over from drakonlywaxcreations to mrkokosart. Happy to have found a home in a Nickname that was given to me by someone very important to me.

I will be posting more on here as I continue to find myself through art work, currently through abstraction. I will also post anything I make in other mediums I enjoy creating in. :)

My main three will be mixed media abstract art, crochet projects, beeswax figures.

In honor and memory of a very good friend and so of mine a year ago I began creating solidarity pins the first circling around the relationship I and two other people had with this person. @lmgmz

Considering putting these out for pride. Let me know if interested and will post when finalized version with different flags are finished. Button currently have been made considering enamel versions
