Moderators Needed! (OPEN)

Our goal as a network is to highlight both writers and artists’ hard work within various communities. Furthermore, we hope to collect and reblog these works to keep our beloved communities alive, and that’s where you moderators come in!

Before proceeding, please make sure you have read the about section and the rules, which can be found via our navigation. Apply to be a moderator here. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO BE A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF.

Possible Duties:

**Conflict Resolution: This is an essential part of our network. We know that we cannot all get along all the time, and disputes are bound to happen. However, we’d like to make sure that such differences of opinion do not get out of hand. We hope that our entire staff can take part in maintaining peace between our various members.

Queuing: This is another essential need within our network. We frequently reblog work as a part of our network theme and would like moderators to keep the queue running.

Graphics: While our admins enjoy making graphics, we’d love to have members of the team help with our event banners.

Social Media: We do not run our blog strictly on Tumblr and would love to have some members of our mod team who are good with social media (for example, helping to run our Twitter).

Chat Regulation: We ask that chat mods (who will focus on the regulation of our various Discord channels) keep the chats within Discord to their respective channels (for example: keeping 18+ conversations to their correct categories). This is a job that requires you to 1. Have a Discord ID, and 2. Keep an eye on the chat daily.

**NOTE: Conflict resolution is a responsibility that must be fulfilled by any member of the staff that is available. All other roles can be chosen via our application.

Your role is equally important as the role of the admins, and we’d like to thank you for taking the time out to read all the information listed above and applying to be part of our team. Once your application has been reviewed, an admin will reach out to you with an acceptance message and a link to our discord!
