something really subtle I liked about episode 14 was won's conversation with hana
he still doesn't like "fake smiles," but his attitude has changed from disdainful and resentful to concerned and empathetic
after learning from those around him, he's able to recognise that people aren't necessarily being phonies, sometimes they're just trying to get by in situations where they lack power

Temperature of Love - Kdrama First Impression
Hey everyone! I just thought I would stop by for a quick kdrama first impression. I just recently finished the first two episodes of the new kdrama called Temperature of Love, staring Seo Hyun Jin and Yang Se Jong. I’d like to first start off by talking about how absolutely lovely this drama is so far. It’s fresh and to the point. I’ve been watching dramas for the longest time now, and it’s hard to impress me with new concepts, etc. Hence, this drama isn’t anything new. It’s a basic “we met in the past, fell in love, due to conditions separation occurred -> insert time jump, meets in present time,” kind of type deal. At least this is what I’ve taken note of so far. This isn’t a bad thing though. Like how I stated above, the drama so far is super fresh and generally feels really good to watch. I quite like the story so far, and I am undeniably in love with the characters thus far. The lead couple is absolutely charming, especially the lead male, Yang Se Jong. This is my first time watching anything that he’s been in, hence I did a little research. It seems like he is a pretty new up and coming actor, however he’s landed some really good roles in dramas. Like I said above, he is super charming and I am ready to be swooned.
In conclusion to this quick first impression, Temperature of Love will definitely stay on my continue list. I am super excited to see how the story will unravel. they’ve literally been friends since university but ok???
honestly I really wasn’t enjoying the “scary sunbae woojin” arc because I thought the show was being sympathetic to donghwa
donghwa was doing the bare minimum and woojin seriously literally wasn’t even asking that much of him and yet he just had to be sassy about it
but then when master kim exploded at him it was SO satisfying
honestly, I was a little worried that I was going to find minguk as director super annoying but surprisingly I’m actually loving his character right now
his unending stress is hilarious and he’s basically the perfect foil to master kim
the whole dream team thing is so so so creepy
the role of the employees is to work at the hotel, not the chairman’s house
it’s not a “dream” to put on a maid outfit and go serve his family lunch at his place lol
he has more than enough money to hire round the clock serving staff for his personal home, but he doesn’t and gets hotel employees to do it instead
it’s such a stupid power trip
assemblyman park asking sarang “is sorry all you have to say?” and then immediately following it up with “alL yOU hAd tO saY WAs sORry” was the most realistic boomer move ever
