Sunflowers in Fire commission

A commission finished a long time ago, but both the client and I decided that today would be the right day to publish it… 4 years of war. An anniversary. Different memories — different lives before and after. It’s hard to put into words what was happening inside my soul, and what I was feeling while working on this piece.
