LMAOOO sorry my dark souls lore realizations needs to be shared, anyways:
favorite thing about them: i love Wellager so much, my favorite thing about him is that he's the first npc you meet in Drangleic Castle and how it immediatly gives you bad vibes for the area you are going to face, bad vibes that he will then TRY to explain to you, but he can't fully do because he's hollowing.
least favorite thing about them: there's nothing to dislike about him imo, buuut i don't really liked how he at one point sells random weapons and never explains how did he get them, like WHY DID YOU HAVE WEAPONS FROM THE GUTTER??? HELLO???
favorite line about them: "Is this…some sort of a dream? Where am I? What has happened to our castle… Who are you… And by whose permission do you stand before me?"
brOTP: LLEWELLYN!! Wellager and him were buddies! they were likely the last ones standing in Drangleic Castle, and saw all of their friends getting killed by Nashandra, and then they got killed aswell! my poor guys.☹️
OTP: i don't ship Wellager with anyone so yeah idk😭
nOTP: Wellager x Nashandra would be awful.
random headcanon: Wellager and Vendrick were childhood friends.
