চেক এর পক্ষ সমূহ কি? ব্যাংকিং নিউজ বাংলাদেশঃ চেক বা Cheque হলো বিশেষভাবে মুদ্রিত এক ধরনের কাগজ যা Bank কর্তৃক গ্রাহকের হিসাবের বিপরীতে ইস্যু করা হয়ে থাকে। আর এই চেকের বিভিন্ন পার্টি বা পক্ষ থাকে। যা নিম্নে তুলে ধরা হলো- Parties of a Cheque (চেকের পক্ষ সমূহ) Cheque এর পক্ষ সমূহ নিম্নে আলোচনা করা হলো- • Drawer বা আদেষ্টা হিসাবধারী কোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান যখন চেকের উপর তারিখ লিখে স্বাক্ষর পূর্বক নির্দিষ্ট পরিমান অর্থ কোনো নির্দেশিত ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে পরিশোধের জন্য তার ব্যাংককে আদেশ প্রদান করে তখন ঐ ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানকে Drawer বা প্রস্তুতকারক বলে। • Drawee বা আদিষ্ট যে ব্যাংকের উপর আদেষ্টা অর্থ পরিশোধের জন্য আদেশ দেয়, সেই ব্যাংককে আদিষ্ট বা Drawee বলা হয়। • Payee বা প্রাপক চেকে বর্ণিত অর্থ যাকে পরিশোধ করার জন্য ব্যাংককে আদেশ করা হয়, তাকে প্রাপক বা Payee বলা হয়।
