Chelley Week Day 1: Canon Divergence
I've been having bodyguard Wheatley brainrot for a few days so here we go:
Basic concept is GLaDOS pulls Chell and Wheatley from space at the end of Portal 2, eventually 'forgives' British orb in the form of of making him useful, and Chell gets a stupid but effective mode of protection. Hence the canon divergence.
Turrets turned cores as extra defense plus a portal-able torso make him a great asset when he has his head on straight (never).
