Today, on Thanksgiving day with cheerful mood I got to the point it’s time to draw the line and to limit certain things (people, places, thoughts, energies, envy, jealousy etc). The feeling is unique and so warm and positive. Sometimes we need to look more after ourselves with higher levels of self-awareness, self-respect, self-protection and self-love. I had short prayer 🙏 this morning which was very simple and I expressed my gratitude to the life/God/Universe for the health, ability to keep up, the roof above my head, food on the table and good sleep pattern.
