Plurality Zine's contributor applications are now open!

Our contributor applications are now open, and you can apply at this Google form! They'll be open until July 15th at 7PM PST, so you have a whole month to apply!

If you haven't heard of our zine before, hi! Plurality Zine is a zine focused around all things plurality, both in real life and fiction, set to come out in late February 2027 if all goes well.

The zine will feature illustrations, writing and other creative works focused around, as we said before, all things plurality, created by contributors, which, as said before, applications are open for!

If you're curious about contributing but want more information before you do so, feel free to check out our posts about contributing & what you'll need when applying, and our post about the zine schedule!

If you're not interested in contributing, but still want to support us, the best thing you can do is share our posts around, and tell other people about us! Both via reblogs and telling other people who might be interested about it!

First of all, a big thank you!

Already 14 pre-orders! Let's keep up the good work and aim for 20!

That gives me hope for the future of this project. I really like the idea of an annual collection that captures my artistic adventures, successes and failures. Even just for me, as I kept all my art since around 2002. (wow 24 years already) Here are some ideas I have for future improvements: -More pages, from 60 to 100, then from 100 to 140? -Small goodies like bookmarks and stickers to keep it simple and inexpensive. -For the layout, I’d like to add a touch of red for embellishments or to highlight certain elements.

As for the content, I’d like to take on increasingly ambitious projects: -Longer comics, illustrated stories. There are plenty of works that have entered the public domain that I’d like to rework in my own way, and why not include folklore and ancient legends from france and west europe. But all of that requires more work and time than what I'm currently doing. That's why I need to increase the support I receive throughout the year on ko-fi. I get the impression that Patreon is more widely used by the public than Ko-Fi. If I can't increase the quantity right now, I can try to expand my audience by moving to a more popular platform. The content will be the same as on Ko-Fi (the Sunday posts) so there’s no need to support me on both platforms at the same time. My goal is to reach more people. This Patreon page is currently under construction. As soon as I finish adding the past content, I’ll let you know when it’s open. In the meantime, let’s keep sharing about the zine pre-order so we can reach 20 pre-orders! Thank you so much to everyone who has already shared it and pre-ordered it!
