Harper in the Bokemon AU! she is a rival of sorts and a Team Pocket wannabe. Team Pocket is the evil team in the region this au takes place (not sure what the region is called yet, maybe something like Bunova) they want to steal bokemon to line their pockets. Harper hangs around them and dresses like them despite not being a member of the team. she stole the bokemon behind her, Harold.
