Phone Tag

Sitting on his favorite tree branch high up in the forest's canopy, Kenpachi was enjoying the nice breeze and shade. This was easily his favorite spot to nap, no disturbance what so ever. Just the simple sounds of the forest. 

Beep beep beep beep. 

"What the hell?" reaching into his pocket, Kenpachi drew out the cell phone in which he had been given by Kisuke. Not many people had his number, or so he thought; just a few temporary employment agencies... Besides that, nobody had ever bothered to ever contact him.

1 new text message....

"Where are you?" -Unohana Retsu

What the hell? Kenpachi opened up the message and began to respond.

"I am out s sa an about, why do ljk you klo ask?" His big thumbs hitting random keys on his tiny phone unintentionally. First time he has ever actually text anybody, the bewildered look on his face was becoming more and more agitated.

(Retsu's Greeting Post redo! Twas apparently eaten by the devils of tumblr themselves.) A beautiful place, no doubt, though Retsu stood quietly in the skies, looking down over the lush landscaping and buildings, thinking. This was clearly not Karakura, which she knew upon arriving through the gates between human world and spiritual, but what drew her here bothered her. At least, she noticed, there were others from home. Time to begin the search. With that, she was gone on a masterful shunpo.
