Love Counterbalances Negativity

“One individual at level 500 counterbalances 750,000 individuals below level 200.”  --- From Power vs Force by David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D. 

In his book Power vs Force, Dr. Hawkins presents us with a “Map of Consciousness (see below),” with a scale from 1 to 1000. The consciousness level of 500 is that of Love. Higher levels counterbalance negativity at exponentially greater numbers. Our predominant thoughts and feelings determine our consciousness level and the vibe we contribute to our world. In essence, our ripple effect in the pond of humanity.  

Consciousness levels below 200, such as shame, guilt, apathy, fear, despair, anger and pride are lower levels of consciousness and have less life energy. Levels from 200 and above, such as courage, neutrality, willingness, acceptance, reason, love, joy, peace and enlightenment are supportive of life and counterbalance lower levels of consciousness.

This means that the more loving we are in our own thoughts and actions, the more positive our impact on humanity is. The higher vibration we hold personally the more we can counterbalance the negativity of the collective field and raise the consciousness of the collective field.

With current world events it’s easy to get pulled down into the lower level energies however making a conscious effort to be kind and loving will ultimately give each of us more strength for whatever we are called to do. 

Mahatma Gandhi’s states it simply, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”
