14. What have you been finding frustrating with writing this chapter/fic?

ALL OF IT! tbh a lot of it is just getting frustrated with being a beginner writer and being unable to capture the feeling/vibe that I want.... Every time I sit down to write I'm just not into where the story is going or how it sounds. But I know I have to be bad at something before I can get good at something and I don't want to give up! I have so much of the next chapter written I really just need a kick in the butt to finish it.

Dylan was right about one thing—Sam is growing up and there's nothing Dean can do about it. So maybe he's interested in guys too--it's not like Dean can give him shit for that. And if he's exploring that with Dylan… Again, Dean has no leg to stand on there. Is that really so bad? Dean didn't like it when Jessica flirted with Sam but something about the thought of another guy kissing or touching his little brother, or even the idea of Sam liking it, reciprocating, wanting another man the way Dean wanted him. He couldn't stand the thought. It made his blood boil.

This ask made me realize I only have one scene left to write and I am so determined to do it now 😤

Do you think Belly can have a successful friendship with Jeremiah if she chooses to be with Conrad? And vice versa...without any lingering conflict?

strictly from my point of view, and keep in mind that i prefer conrad and i relate to him a lot, jeremiah's passion for belly is just a fad, him trying to be with her is precisely because he noticed that his brother wants her and he is much too fed up with conrad always having everything. he himself said that conrad is considered "better", among any other things.

even though i have a little sympathy for jeremiah, considering that he calls belly his best friend and maybe he really is attached to her presence, i still think he's immature and exaggerated.

to answer your question, belly could have a friendship with conrad if she and jeremiah were together (because conrad is more mature and more attentive to what others feel than what he feels), but it would take a long, long time for jeremiah to be her friend if she were with his brother.

looks like it’s not that easy to make a comeback here, but i will be soon writing about conrad so hopefully that’ll get me more engagement

After months of not playing sims, I opened the game again just to find out my save got corrupted again. So now I have to move all my households to a new one, which is gonna be a whole headache.

But on the bright side, not playing for so long made me realize I kinda wanna make my own save file. I won’t be building anything myself (I'm really bad at it lol), but I will be decorating and making all the sims. I’ll just use builds from the gallery as a base.

Also, sorry for not being super active or consistent here 😅 I finished university a few months ago and started a new job that basically drains me. I come home just to sleep lol. But I’ve really missed playing sims and reading everyone’s stories here, so I’ll be catching up on a bunch of posts and also starting this new save file.

The only downside is that I really want to play, so I’ll probably just focus on the worlds where my main sims live and leave the rest for later 😌

Or honestly, maybe I won’t do any of that and I’ll just play with my sims because I miss them and I need gameplay. We’ll see lmao.

okay......... I went on a first date yesterday with someone from hinge and I like them so much omg. instant crush. I texted them saying I had a nice time but they were busy all day and I was like 😞 they hate me but they texted tonight and said they want to hang out again!!!

How I feel after realising I may be a tiny bit mad at my friend for the first time since I met them: 😃🔫

Me then realising I'm gonna have to have a very difficult conversation with them so I can get my feelings across properly because I purposely explained something shitty and now I have to think about them more than I already do: 😃🔫🔫

Remembering they're emotionally constipated, shitty/weird at dealing with affection, someone I care about way too much, and may hold this over my head and tease me about it forever: 😃🔫🔫🔫

Thank the lord they won't have to see this post but chat. I fucked up my week a little because sometimes telling people things at 2 am that makes then recoil and then answering questions when they bring it up again isn't a good idea
