Hello and welcome to the madness! I'm Shay~ (it/he/they) A variety artist, writer, and self-inserted Maker-God of the world Exhalo which all my stories take place in. Death to cringe, encourage whimsy. I stream when I can, working on either my writing WIPs or my art on twitch (18+).

I'm currently working on several WIPs (and counting~) in various stages of development (mostly the state of "vibes," but they're being counted).

Writing from my rough first drafts of the WIP Dread Secrets, let's goo~!
A line with a river (or stream)
Rosha’s king had declined to turn against someone who’d been one of his trusted and closest friends. Those who once allied and traded with Rosha severed ties, the ruler had proven to them that he could not be trusted to do the right thing even when it was plain for all to see that it was the only course of action. No one dared attack Rosha Kingdom as their lands held rivers of magma and fire spewing mountains. Their ignis unicorns are temperamental and loyal to the phoenix people who shared the land.
A line about a forest (or leaves)
Soft blue lights begin descending from the trees and deeper in the forest, seemingly being drawn to the ruins. The blue lights float among the ghouls and each other for a few moments before the first few begin shining a little brighter and gentle voices and singing begins to fill the air. As each light softly flashes brighter, they take the forms of people.
A line with gloves (no gloves, but we got hands~)
Two children, holding hands as they run and laugh, stop and greet Tristan respectfully. On their left pinkies are two, matching, little red dots. Forever linking the two souls to allow them to find one another no matter what life they are born to.
A line with a scarf (and no scarf, but we got a neck~)
A scream rings out and the Wisea soldier is blindsided by a rabbit legged Versipellis with blood red eyes and tattered, lavender hanfu robes whose sleeves have all but been ripped off. The rabbit woman bares her teeth as she runs across the battlefield, the tip of one of her whips lashing out and wrapping around the neck of the soldier.

Lil snippet from chapter one of Dread Secrets~ (unedited drafts my beloved~)
They could, in theory, gain the attention of the God of Celebration and Laughter or the God of Pleasures and Sex Workers. Though Neph doubted that Xadrian or Runais were in much need of immortals. Especially with how many devout followers were here in Rudrian. Neph was likely a grain of sand in the ocean for those two. “Neph! Why are you just standing around?! Come on over!” Neph’s head snapped to the sound of the familiar and cheerful voice calling to them. Rune, one of the Immortals in Rudrian, stood on the balcony of a tavern, lowering the hand that had been cupped around his mouth. Dark brown hair neatly messy and light pink eyes glimmering with a mischief that matched his grin. His habit of rarely wearing a shirt unless it had a plunging neckline exposed the lightly tanned skin of his chest while his signature mousy brown fur coat hung from his shoulders. “Hey! You can’t have them all to yourself! They’ve gone over there three times this week,” another voice shouted from the other direction. ‘Oh, here we go,’ thought Neph as they turned towards the other voice, already knowing the two immortals were about to argue again. Xander’s green eyes stare up at Rune, eyebrows furrowed and arms crossed. The immortal’s long, black locks of hair were ornately decorated with golden cuffs that stood in stark contrast to his warm, umber skin.
They proceed to argue for the next five minutes over who has rights to Neph's company...

Happy WBW! What is your social care contract like? Do people take care of each other when they are sick or injured? How does the contract change between family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc?

Social care contracts (I have never heard that term, so yay for learning new things~!) vary depending stuff like the culture and/or social aspects of a species or area.
It is generally expected for people to take care of members of their family (home grown or otherwise) when sick or injured, but it isn't expected to take away from the well-being and life quality of who is taking care of the individual. Generally it's more of a community taking care of the individual (ex: siblings coming together to take care of a parent) rather than being expected for one person to do all the care-taking. Close relatives and/or family friends often step in to help, especially if it is a long term illness or injury.
Of course, there are some people who refuse to take care of another person for whatever reason they may have though. Yukiko from Eclipse for Remnants talks about having gotten sick when she was younger from something akin to a flu, but neither of her parents came to even check on her personally. During that time she was primarily looked after by her older sister (Yukishiro), the nanny, and a butler. Her father was still commended for looking after his sick daughter, though, because he had people under employment to take care of her. Yukiko herself didn't think this was "odd" until Rosalba and Heloise told her about a time that Rosalba got sick and was taken care of by Heloise, uncle Corvan, and even her father who was usually buried in work or not home.
For friends, it is fully dependent on the closeness of the relationship, how the friend is raised, and other factors I don't have words for (words are hard). *tries so hard to make an example out of any other story than Eclipse for Remnants* In Dread Secrets, Celinda lost most of her memories just before uniting with Bryn and Sasha Creek due to an injury. The two women knew Celinda already and brought her with them to Rudrian so they could look after her (as well as the toddler Neph). Though Celinda is able to do things on her own, the couple still include her in their household and take care of her without expecting anything in return. The three knew each other before Celinda lost her memories, though they weren't particularly close (like neighbors), so it just made sense to the wives to "adopt" her so they could make sure she's safe and well taken care of. Bryn and Sasha also "adopt" the toddler Neph after the child's mother ascended to immortality and was no longer able to take care of them. Neph's mother was their friend too, so it just made sense to them to make sure their friend's child had a good life with people who could take care of them. It was in the culture that Bryn and Sasha grew up in that everyone looks out for each other, no matter how close, and helps one another when asked/needed though so that's probably less of a general "this is what everyone does" and more of a "this is what this culture did."
Coworkers is a bit of a grey area though. While at the job, it is expected for coworkers to at least somewhat look after one another, but not as much as friends or family. If someone at the job is dealing with... heatstroke for an example. Then you're expected to bring them or direct them to somewhere cooler and/or get them some water or something else that would help them in the moment. It's not really expected of you to make sure they get home alright when they're under the weather or hurt, unless you want to. At the very least, you are expected to make sure they have a way to get home though. If your coworker... say... punches a wall when they're stressed out from stuff they're going through and breaks something in their hand or is bleeding then you make sure they get to a hospital or are at least bandaged up. But you don't have to hang out at the hospital with them if you want to get back to work. (Kit from Shadow of Doubt is dealing with a lot at home right now, I'm sure he'll be fine though~)
Uh... hope that was decent answers... There's a LOT of different cultures in the 4-5 different realms (all three of those examples comes from a different realm and different culture), so it was kind of hard to properly think in general terms. xp

Can you believe this story started out as fallen angels rebelling against a pantheon of gods who were created by the ancient pantheon of gods because mortals could no longer understand the language of the ancient gods? (then those fallen angels created a new pantheon that would replace them both through convoluted means? :D) Look how far my baby has come~
