I believe we are all incredibly harsh on ourselves. We are our own worst critics. Just to be here at all is an incredibly brave endeavour. The significance of that cannot be overstated. Every human is just this bubbling expression of all their hopes, questions, ambitions, wonders, worries and dreams. It's a curiously fragile phenomena.
