At 8pm tonight PST I go into the hospital to be placed on cervadil (sp?) for 12 hours and then probably placed on pitocin around 10am tomorrow. I will keep my blog updated for you special ladies! :)

??? could it be that your oven runs hot? what's inedible about them?
I did have cases where the insides were still doughy or wet, while the outside was done - so will investigate this too, but I'm sure subs are a larger part of it. I was trying to make a bread that called for bananas but my son is allergic to bananas and tried subbing with applesauce. I just spent a good time googling about this problem, at least I now found out that if a recipe calls for white flour & bananas, if you sub the fruit with apple sauce, you must use wheat flour instead. Oh well, a loaf too late...
