This is how it happened ;)
Chopped all of my dreads off
because I'm not who you think I am.
because they weighed me down.
because waiting for them to dry in Winter, is waiting a very long time.
because I missed my scalp.
because I'm sick of being scared of Velcro and zips.
because I'm sick of people thinking its ok to tell me that I smell nice; they were very surprised of the fact.
because dreads are not a low maintenance hairstyle.
because I have many other ways of feeling spiritual and connected to my roots.
