🌙☁️Dream Work Tip #2
This one has helped me so much!
Stop calling the waking world “reality” or “real world”. Your dreams are real too! They’re just in the dream reality.
Changing this mindset and the way you speak about dreams trains your subconscious to believe that your dreams are just as important as your daily activities.
Last night I dreamt that, for some reason, [someone] showed up in this dumpy weird green vehicle and accidentally drove to my parents house, which I happened to be at. I looked out the window and saw him outside of his car looking like he was lost. I did to my parents, “holy fuck I think that is [someone], he’s one of my favorite actors!” My mom at that point pulled my arm and led me out the door saying “well don’t miss this opportunity.” She waved at him to come up and I kind of just stood there nervous. She told him that i was familiar with his work and then went inside haha.
He said hello and I said hi, that I enjoy his work. He told me that we couldn’t get too close because he had a cold that he contracted from his wife lol. We sat on my parents porch swing and talked for awhile about random stuff that didn’t have anything to do with his career lol. We ended up getting closer and more touchy. Like cuddling. He was complimenting me on how soft my skin was and yadda yadda.
Then he said he had to go, he got into his vehicle and drove off. He called me just as he left my parents dead end road, I had walked halfway down as it was ringing. When i answered he said who it was and he said he couldn’t stop thinking of how soft my skin. we teased back and forth and finally I was like “you know, exploring would be more fun with me, I know the area so I could show you a lot”
.
So after I said that he didn’t answer and the call cut. I thought that was odd and I called back multiple times.
Well, he couldn’t have gone far so I start running down the road and as I’m yeeting myself down the pavement I fuse through a worm hole of sorts
It’s a parasitic hospital, the staff are using radiation to “help” people with their “issues” and then trapping them in the “facility” when the radiation disables them they are trapped in this place to be tortured and fed off of for eternity.
So I’m walking through these hallways past “nurses and doctors” because it’s all a facade, it’s all a part of this illusion. Finally I reach a hallway and it’s just a bunch of small rooms where people are tied down and forced in front of these radiation machines. I’m walking down the hall and looking into each of the small windows on the doors until I find [someone].
I tried opening the door and it was stuck at first but then I got it and ran to turn off the radiation machine. He was lethargic and burnt up a bit, I asked him if he was okay and started to untie him when I felt a very firm grasp on both my arms.
It was the head “doctor” and he had spotted me and followed me without me noticing. He threw me into on of the radiation rooms and put the machine on and said “let’s fix these problems together, maybe you’ll learn your lesson”
I do have a lot of clothing on because sweaters and such so since I wasn’t strapped down I pulled my sweaters over my face and did my best to shield myself.
Finally it was over and one of the nurses came to retrieve me, she was gently guiding my back through another hallway and I saw [someone] was being guided into a room with cots. I said I needed to bathroom and she told me where it was and walked over to the desk. I was walking in that direction and then ran when she wasn’t looking. I was running down the hall but the halls aren’t real, they are a facade and in order to actually go further down them the worm hole needs to be opened but the “drs and nurses” do this in a way that changes where the hall ends up. I figured out how to time it right and broke free but I knew I had to go back for [someone].
I run home and get in the vehicle with my sister and we drive to where the worm hole is and she stays parked because I cannot have her risking her life for these other beings that feed off of us for energy. So she’s parked and I take a breath and then walk through the worm hole back into the facility. I run to the room where [someone] is and lock the door behind me. It’s a very tall old building, but the roof is multi level so if careful you can climb down and drop to the three roofs levels to the ground and escape through the wormhole back to our reality. It’s actually interesting because when you get down to the ground you can see a glitch in the hole and see where the car is parked. Drs and nurses are slamming in the door trying to get in and I run over to the glass window and throw a chair through it and climb through, then I help [someone] get through, he’s pretty badly injured from the radiation. We careful scale the roof and drop down and then again until we reach the ground. There’s a group of dibilitated humans, burnt up and lethargic walking around with a few “nurses” who catch our movement and start yelling and chasing us. Finally we get to the hole where it’s glitching and jump in the car and leave.

What does that place make you feel? Who’s around? Or is it deserted? Be genuinely curious about it and link your emotions to it - tell your subconscious that you’re ready to go there.
Last nights dream was a bit of a blur but I know I was struggling mentally before bed.
I was eating at a Chinese restaurant with some people who I knew were my family members but they were kind of melted in a psychedelic way. There’s was some kind of issue outside the restaurant, someone in search of me. I asked if we could leave. Right as we were leaving a young girl walks into the restaurant and our waitress greets her excitedly and they walk away. We then have to wait until she returns to pay and leave. After my mom pays, we leave and walk to the grocery store next to the restaurant. I feel meh about being there and I have no extra money in my account (currently IRL, tmrws payday LOL) and so I walk to the next store which is a dream store I’ve previously been too. Last time it was owned by my friend Lydia but she wasn’t around this time. I looked at some clothes and then heard my mom and sister so I left. Then I woke up.
Last night I dreamt I was in a post apocalyptic world. Between the rising Earth temperatures and these massive sinkholes pulling in entire towns and parts of cities, the surviving people traveled to safe spaces in groups. It was hot and dry, the environment was mostly sand so moving around was quite a trek. Not only that but the ground would crumble away into giant holes so spontaneously that we had to really be wary about where we would settle. We finally found a comfortable and solid area to build our homes (for the moment) and began to settle in. After awhile he had our “homes” set up and living day to day became a bit easier. My husband had gotten pretty ripped along our journey, being the large person he is, his tasks were a bit more strenuous than mine. He also had grown out his hair to about his shoulder. At one point I had pulled him away from helping another woman out to talk about what our next moves were going to be when things got a bit spicy.
My boss had built the framing business to a van for travel purposes to make some money as we moved around. People weren’t spending their money unless it was to preserve what little memories they had left so it was quite perfect. We had a few customers come in with some photos or other memorabilia from the life we all used to have. It was good to keep busy and doing these projects kept our moods up. We couldn’t use the money for much since the economy collapsed and most of the world was in shambles but it was to have a small amount of normalcy left after all that had happened.
It wasn’t necessary a bad dream, I seemed to adapt very quickly (this had been several months of not years after all of the destruction began). I was not very anxious and the sex was quite nice! lol
Last night I dreamt I was in my childhood home. There was some kind of threat and we were all trying to figure out our next move. Big trucks were driving quickly up and down the dead end road and the eeriness really sank in. Like dreams I’ve had before in the past, closing doors and locking them was useless because when I walked away they would either unlock or just open. I was caring for my cousins but they were much younger in my dream than in reality. (Youngest cousin is now 16, these kids in the dream were like 7/8). I was trying to wrangle them all together to leave but they kept having small kid problems that they felt were extremely important to deal with at the moment and didn’t understand the absolute fear and danger that’s we were in. I’m between getting them to listen to me I always was trying to clean up the kitchen and get all my shit situated before leaving. At one point I had to cut an extension out of my cousins hair which would’ve been easy if she didn’t keep moving her head lol.
Finally my aunt came by and picked up the kids to my relief. After they left my sister, my husband and I got our shit packed up and we’re ready to head out. The house was morphing into a weird military/office building from what felt like the 70s. Right before we left I lost my wedding ring and had to run around until I found it.
Finally we stepped onto this odd bus like vehicle that was tilted at a 45 degree angle and had to take our seats so we could leave but then people started arguing over where they were placed.
Finally we get going and we are moving through what seems to feel like a New York City type of environment.
Then I wake up and I’m back in my childhood home. I look out the window and see cops surrounding my vehicle so I go out and ask them to leave my vehicle alone, I park here all the time it’s my parents house. The cop got snippy with me and I told them to fuck off so the cop grabbed my wrists and put handcuffs on my and put his gun up to the left side of my lower back. It hurt like a bitch how hard he pressed it.
Then I woke up for real (I think lol).

Last night of course I had an intense dream haha.
My boss and I were at the frame shop but there was active construction. The landlord was building an alternative hallway that was very narrow. The wall went down the middle of the hall making it very awkward. My boss was off, I don’t know what about but she was off I could tell. A few minutes later an old friend (with what I believe is Cerebral Palsy but I could be wrong) showed up at the shop. We caught up in between my boss and I having guests show up for orders. It was dark out, lit only by the artificial lighting in the hall. All of the sudden there was a sense of danger, you could feel the threat take over like a thick cloud of fog on a humid night. I grabbed my friend and rushed her to the bathroom where I knew there was a window to escape. (There are no windows in the bathrooms at my job).
I popped the window open and carried her through and then came back to close the window behind us, trapping whatever lingered.
Then I awoke.
I didnt dream much last night, just one memory sticks out. I was sitting on the floor and I see a pair of sneakers (kind of resembling converse) and I look up and my god brother was standing next to me smiling.
That is all. Very odd and actually very nice!
