my email to them was basically explaining "hey i ordered the slimecicle plush back in december 2020 and it was meant to ship months ago but i've yet to receive it, nor did i get shipping details. i've seen people saying they have theirs and i'm wondering where mine is. any help would be greatly appreciated" if that helps at all! ^_^

!!!!! for me i got my shipping details but it hasn't updated since the fourth (at a port in china) on the youtooz website but in the shop app it said it hasn't moved in over a month. for my other plush it says it's been at the long beach port since September 30th.

which i'm guessing both plushies are stuck with the rest of stuff at the long beach and LA ports. so i think i'm going to wait until November to contact them. because the shipping date was September 1st - October 31st.

hey if you haven't gotten a youtooz that was meant to ship months ago i 100% recommend contacting support abt it! i had to do that for my slimecicle plush and they sorted it out really quickly! /gen

ugh i was fearing that. what should i even say? i had a friend who had to contact support for her plush but we aren't friends anymore so i can't ask her what she said.
