Marina: Yeah. C’mon, follow me!

Steve S.: Ok, then.

Marina: Here we are.

Cykopath: This is where we gather for a beautiful geisha right here.

Aynsley: Err, I think it’s g-gonna be cool...

Gregg: Really cool.

Lyte: Just wait, & see till y’all find out.

Joe: Yes, yes, yes.

Vinyl: Alright. Now, is everyone here?

Steve P.: Yep.

Vinyl: Okay! Everyone, please keep calm, & find out who is wearing a stunning geisha-styled kimono. Behold the greatest geisha in the whole wide world! *Opens the door*

Julia: *Shows up in her geisha-styled kimono*

Ross, Neal, & Steve S.: *Gasps*

Steve P.: *Gasps*

Gregg: Oh my god...

Julia: K-Konnichiwa. How do I look?

Ross: Oh my gosh. Julia, you look so beautiful in that kimono. I could easily burst into tears for joy.

Steve S.: Wow, you absolutely look like a wonderful geisha in Japan.

Julia: Oh well, Lyte, & I made this including the belt, & the obi.

Neal: Why that’s amazing, Julia! I am 100% in love with that kimono of yours right now, & what made you become good at making traditional Japanese dresses?

Julia: Oh yes. Three years ago, I was in Kyoto to look for a place where I could make these kinds of dresses. Then, suddenly I found out that I was really good when I tried sewing a kimono.

Aynsley: Really? I did not know.

Julia: Yes, & basically I started to make kimonos to add them to my homemade wardrobe.

Cykopath: Homemade wardrobe?

Joe: Not bad, Julia.

    “Is that Ichigo Hitofuri?” There were not too many blue-haired blades in any citadel, but in this city it seemed that anything was possible. However, it was— unmistakably— the Awataguchi’s favorite brother, sitting at the kitchen table. Mikazuki invited himself into the seat not across, but next to Ichigo.

    “Well, indeed it is! It is good to see a familiar face, although, I suppose for us swords, a even stranger’s face could be very familiar.” Mikazuki angled his chair towards Ichigo and folded his hands in his lap.

“So, what is it that you’re eating? It smelled so good I was roused from my nap, hahahaha!“

          If anything, he had never quite assumed Ichigo Hitofuri, eldest brother of many, wouldn’t be as good of an old brother as one would have assumed.

          But if anything, Higekiri does give him some credit; the Toushirous were many, with diverse personalities and mostly tantous, too. Children as they were, reckless and immature and he’s glad Hizamaru was a tachi like him, so obedient and good who wouldn’t dare cause problems to the brother he was so proud of. Ichigo Hitofuri had to deal with more than one single brother would be able to handle, and with a personality as passive as his own, it was understandable.

          When he sees the tachi Awataguchi exit one of the rooms ( his, more specifically, his and his brothers’ ), a soft smile takes up Higekiri’s expression. For all the soft smiles he was used to showing the swords in the city, this one is more genuine than many would believe of the treasure. ❝ Seeing as Gokotai and Shinano are sleeping together, I take it all went well, in the end? ❞

“You think we should get out there?”

You know, with the drones and beasts destroying everything outside, while they were checking on the cafe. It was about as dead as expected, at least.

“I think it might be heading the wrong way to worry about, though... citadel’s...” Fudou waved a finger around for a moment while he thought about it, then finally pointed, “thatta way.”

    WHY ♡ won’t he just die already?!

♥ --- “You can’t run from me, darling,” he says, dropping a kick in an attempt to connect to his shoulder. “I saw what you did. You aren’t gonna get away with it that easy!”

    but as if saved by the bell, a voice rings out in the near distance. words first undecipherable, save for a few familiar-- whoopsie, for instance-- slowly become more coherent, and slowly bring out the “o” shape in his mouth. as the last of the NPCs around them fade into nothingness, the man he’s fighting remains. 

    turns out he wasn’t one of those weaponized humans trying to kill people for fun after all. WHOOPSIE.

     Servants normally had the gall to keep their identities secret. You know-- in case there was some kind of weakness that could be traced to their name, and whatnot. But blah blah, who cared, this wasn’t a war! As such, the small Saber casually declared his name, ‘Toyotomi Hideyoshi’, to most people he spoke with. Some of the citizens here even seemed to recognize the name!

It was nice. People would approach him and ask him about it, and he’d gladly tell them who he was. Even if, for the most part, few thought a kid like he was indeed Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

That said, he wouldn’t be deterred. And upon being approached by a stranger, he knew already what to say. “Yes... I can see it in your eyes, and it’s true!”

“I am indeed Toyotomi Hideyoshi!”

     He spoke up before the sword could even bother to ask.

“Hey Ichigo.”

A building burns before them, a work of an arsonist perhaps. He watches as the debris slowly fall and soon there will nothing be left but ashes and burned remains of whoever was in there. The thought of someone actually being left in there leaves a melancholic feeling in his chest.

 There’s just a lot of those who don’t care for order and do what they please, even if it comes to this. But honestly, what can he do? He’s just a tool that is to be used and not question.

“Do you feel weird if someone that’s not one of your brothers call you ‘onii-chan’?”
