Dreamer Games will NOT be held this weekend

"Guys, this is a really important announcement and I'm so sorry to have to make this post, but due to unforeseen circumstances the Dreamer Games will NOT BE HELD THIS WEEKEND. Somewhere along the lines of reserving the campsite, some miscommunication occurred and the site we were supposed to be staying at is unable to accommodate us. I spent an hour at Watkins Park today talking through options with the reservation desk and there was literally no way to be able to get all 25+ in the campsites that were still available. I went ahead and took steps to reserve a group campsite on the 15th of june, since it was the next date that the group sites were available, in case we'd like to reschedule to then.

I'm really frustrated with this situation and disappointed that the Games can not be held this weekend, and I hope you all can be understanding and try to make it to the post-pone date (like I said, I currently have a space on hold for us on the 15th if we'd like to take that option.)

In the meantime, this event will be post-poned. Since I know some of you called off work or otherwise cleared your schedules to be able to attend this weekend, would you like to still plan a different meetup for this weekend?"

As the host, I'm truly sorry to come bearing such bad news and I only hope we can reschedule quickly and as effortlessly as possible.

The first official MDstuck Dreamer Games is happening in less than a week! Attend the event to show support for MD's Derse and Prospit teams as they play games such as water balloon toss, ninja, capture the flag, relay races, and more. The winner will move up to take on VAstuck's winning team, Prospit!

Please note: this is an overnight camping trip! You'll have to bring your own tent, or arrange to share with someone else. There's also a small $5 fee to cover the costs of the campsite and food. Read over the packing list and permission form for more information.

The MDstuck Dreamer Games will be held on June 1st and 2nd. It will be an overnight event held at Watkins Regional Park campsite, so be sure to read all the provided information carefully.

A link to signup for the team rosters will open tomorrow (Sunday April 21) at 6:00 PM to give everyone who wants to claim a character enough notice.
