Hedwig and the Angry Inch
Most definitely one of my favorites, if not my absolute favorite musical. My favorite moment in it is that silent moment after the Wicked Little Town Reprise and Midnight Radio. Darren does an amazing job at it, at the entire show. I'm a biased Darren simp, but this is my favorite part of the show featuring him. (x) Lena Hall is also an exquisite Hedwig, and the only person to play both Hedwig and Yitzak. A queen. I also love her rendition of Midnight Radio. Its so powerful and beautiful and I fucking love her, okay? (x)
Waitress
I just fucking love waitress. It's such a beautiful story. Also, She Used To Be Mine is my go-to song and i am using it as my term solo in choir oopsie. My favorite performance?? Jeremy Jordan singing She Used To Be Mine Jessie Mueller and Sara Bareilles at the Tony Awards (x) was amazing. So is Sara Bareilles's rendition of What Baking Can Do (x)
Dreamgirls
Dreamgirls is the definition of black girl magic and is so fucking good. I've never seen it on stage in its entirety but here is my favorite And I Am Telling You (Jennifer Holiday) at the 1982 Tony Awards. (x)
Dear Evan Hansen
Say what you want about the movie blah blah blah the play is phenomenal and Ben Platt does an amazing job. That being said, I am mentally ill and Words Fail is my favorite song from the musical. (x)
Hamilton
Yeah yeah I'm basic but Satisfied is superior so suck my ass. (x)
Spring Awakening
Superiority to Don't Do Sadness/Blue Wind (x) and And Then There Were None (x) But. But. Touch Me Deaf West is the best song and performance. Fight me. (x)
