Show prep with GP.... we haven’t jumped in 2 weeks and he came out and stepped over 2’6 with ease and was so incredibly rideable. Back at it with the Guinea Pig. Second real jump school since April and he was AWESOME!! Jumped around 2’3-2’5 easy as can be and didn’t once change pace or frame. Very good day at the SEATS ride with the spotted 6 year olds. Lots of fun all around. GP and I were 6th in a big novice trail division (because we almost fell over trying to step into a plastic kiddie pool with water in it and I was laughing too hard to try again) and Pickles and I were 3rd in the Novice arena trail. Bridges over creeks crossed, trails explored, people met, and obstacles conquered. Fun afternoon adventure with the two 6 y.o Appaloosas today, despite the miserable heat.
