I had a dream I was in a class and we were talking about body language and how if someone’s arms are straight against their body and they are standing really close next to you then they like you. To prove that he didn’t like me still, my ex flung his arms around me and as he did this he kinda choked me accidentally. I then felt I was gonna throw up so I ran past the teacher and asked to be exused as I ran past. I run out the class and once I had past all the windows of that classroom, I started walking. I then hear my ex running out of the class after me. I then start running again and he is calling after me. I get to the toilet and remember that he can not get to me in there. I then lock myself in a cubicle and slid down the wall to a seated position crying, shaking and gasping for air. I then wake up panting.
