who i will protect at all costs: Hayley Marshall
who deserves better: Well, the majority of the characters, dead and alive. Cami deserved more than her life and death revolving solely around Klaus and his manpain. Same goes for Davina. Since s2 she was just a prop for Kol, her life and death were about him.
who was killed off too early: Davina Claire. I also feel like Sophie Deveraux could’ve been used more before her death. Also Aiden, I get why all three had to die, but I also feel like the timing could’ve been better in all of those situations.
who i used to hate but now i love: I didn’t hate Vincent but I was never really interested in his character in season two, now I’m all for him.
who i used to love but now i hate: Again, I never loved Cami, nor did I hate her towards the end, but I just lost all feelings towards her tbh, the vampire arc killed off any hopes I had that her character would be great again
who needs to be killed off asap: Okay so Jules will hate me for saying this (I’m sorry lmao) but like... Aurora is still alive/asleep in the compound and it doesn’t make sense for Marcel to keep her alive. She’s the reason Cami, she engineered her downfall. And I don’t see why Marcel would keep her body safe in the compound. It’d make more sense for him to either extract her heart and never wake her, or to wake her, give her a big speech, and then kill her.
who is unfairly hated: I feel like all the ladies on the show were unfairly hated tbh. But if we’re talking about alive characters, then Hayley. I also feel like Freya was very unfairly hated for killing off Davina, to save her family. Are you all forgetting Davina engineered the massacre of a coven of witches to save herself? A mother who had a son who needed her? Davina was no saint. She was someone who always had very hard coices to make and they were products of her circumstances, but the same can be said for Freya.
who is unfairly loved: I don’t feel like he’s unfairly loved, but I feel like people paint Elijah to be something he isn’t, and then love him for being this noble vampire when that’s not him. I feel like Elijah is loved for being something he isn’t, then he does something true to form and he’s then hated for being ‘ooc’
who needs to sort out their priorities: Elijah.
who needs a hug: Rn... probably Marcel, Klaus.
who needs to get out of their current relationship: .. well ... none of the characters are like technically in relationships, but Hayley and Elijah’s relationship just doesn’t work for me. I wish that Kol and Davina’s relationship had ended in another way and not Davina’s death.
who the writers love: I feel like certain writers love certain characters. Carina loves Hayley, Narducci loved Cami, Diane & Beau love Rebekah/The Mikaelsons.
who needs a better storyline: Kol. Also... I wouldn’t say better, but Hayley definitely deserves some sort of closure on her wolf arc.
who has an amazing redemption arc: Klaus.
who is hot af: Have you seen the entire fucking cast? Jesus, this is the CW, the cast is hot af.
who belongs in jail: Well... all of them lbr.
who needs to be revived from the dead: Finn tbh. Or Aiden, so he and Josh can run away together, so Josh has some family left. I feel like Davina also died too soon, but story wise I can understand why people feel like it was her time to go
