What I Wore: Wedding Attire

This past weekend my coworker tied the knot with his beautiful bride. The ceremony was gorgeous and the reception was a blast. What did I wear you ask? You're lookin' at it:

An open back cocktail dress in a jewel tone blue with black detailing, swooped up from Dredgers Union, a former CLE retailer. The dress is from their original line, designed in CLE and sewn in Chicago. I didn't know where I would wear it when I purchased, but knew it would come in quite handy.

The easiest way to look like a million bucks? Bringing my ever handsome partner, JPC. He completes any ensemble.

*JPC's suit is from Wrath Arcane, the same designer that crafted my dress... aren't we just a complimentary twosome?

What's new. (A lot.)

Lots going on lately, especially this week. It started at Weapons of Mass Creation Fest, which was a success as well as an awesome time. Met a lot of cool new people, both attendees as well as speakers and designers. I updated my webstore with the remaining prints, shirts and stickers from the weekend and you can check that out here or click the photos below.

Speaking of shirts, I've been making a few new designs under my new imprint The Superior Company. (Photos below.) They'll be available this Friday, June 15 - Sunday. June 17 at Dredgers Union in downtown Cleveland, OH as part of their awesome Made in the 216 series. (Of course there will be a party to kick it off Friday night). Details here. There are also a stack of designs on deck to be revealed in good time.

The almighty Gallery 1988: LA, who can't not put on amazing art shows; opened their newest show "Excuuuuuse Meeeeeeeee - a tribute to Steve Martin" last Friday.I was lucky enough to take part. You can check it out below and click through to check out the entire show at their gallery, which is well worth your time needless to say.
