I think Drekku probably has the most advanced mental health supports. Even if their whole shtick is “concealment” their culture is, weirdly enough, very open and honest. Vwos lags really really far behind, whereas Enyang has supports for things like depression, anxiety, and PTSD for military veterans but not much else.
In Yshtral it, as usual, varies drastically from province to province.

Something to tell you....
Drekku has some megaflora and megafauna, including some HUGE caterpillars that can be used as a mount! They rarely pupate (about one in ten thousand) but the ones that do turn into giant butterflies. Now you have a flying mount!
