Wha-what?! Who the heck says crap like that to a friend?
She's not really my friend, but she is friends with the people I know. The horrible part is she's very good at doing intellectual debates and like once or twice we've had decent conversations, but this isn't the first time she's said something like that to me. To be honest, I don't think she likes me and I'm not sure why.
When I was talking about being depressed and suicidal and how i wanted to kill myself, she then gave me tips to do it, told me I wasn't special for being depressed (which, um, I already know?) and then excused it all off by saying she herself had battled depression once.
Another time, right after I mentioned how I wish I had a girlfriend, she said how she doesn't approve of gay people but she's never going to say that to their faces. She regularly disses this openly non-binary student by referring to them with the wrong pronouns and complaining about the fact that they wear fake breasts, even though I'm sitting there, genderfluid as can be.
So this isn't abnormal for me? It just kind of stings that every time it happens my actual friends just kind of sit there and let me take it and then brush it off by talking about how she was raised (her father is a pastor, I believe), despite the fact that none of them seem to be able to tolerate her for more than a couple hours. And then they also blame me for it happening, which... I don't know. I'm sure somehow it's my fault but I'm tired of having to take the blame for every single thing that happens to me.
But yeaaaaaaaaaaaah, it’s still kind of fucky to tell someone they’re going to hell when they’re just... joking about the earth being murdered.
