hi! i just had a quick question, and you’re like The person to go to for all things costume related. i was wondering if you knew of any other instance where eddie wore a shade of blue (or one similar enough to be considered the same) like his shirt in the dream in 5.14? or if this was the only one

So Eddies shirts! Dream sequence Eddie was in a very new shade of blue - up to now he's only worn navy blue if he's been wearing blue so yay for new colours on Eddie (even if it was in a dream sequence!)

The peacock green/blue tee he was wearing when he wakes up is also a new colour on him and its a stunning colour on him - I need more Eddie in peacock colours please 😍

From my perspective its a signal that he's changing and healing - I'm fully expecting to see Eddie in more new colours the rest of this season - obviously the creams, beiges and his army greens and tans will still be around, but as he moves away from that part of his life having such a grip on him, I'm expecting a bit more variety in his wardrobe 😎😎😎

Drew had been on the phone with EJ for over an hour. What started out as a simple homework question, ended up turning into Drew discussing The Insidious series and how the movies deserved more credit.

He wasn’t sure what had set him off on that particular tangent, but EJ had listened dutifully, and now it was twelve minutes after midnight. His mother would come in any second now to tell him to get off the phone.

“It’s late,” Drew announced and EJ hummed in acknowledgment, apparently unbothered. “I’m gonna hang up now, ‘kay?”

EJ groaned. “Wait... no.”

“Why not?” Drew asked. He really needed to get up and get ready for bed. But he couldn’t make himself move.

“I like listening to you talk,” EJ said, and a smile took over Drew’s face.

“Yeah?” he asked.

“Yeah,” EJ confirmed, and it sounded like he was smiling as well.

Drew’s door opened and his mother stood in the doorway, more silhouette than person.

“Get off your phone and go to sleep,” she said, and Andrew nodded.

“Sorry Mama,” he replied and she smiled tiredly. Then she used two fingers to point to her eyes then to him.

“Bed. Now.”

“Yes, ma’am.”

EJ spoke up again as she left. “I guess you have to go now?”

“Yeah. Mama’s rule.”

“Okay. Well, I’ll see you tomorrow?”

Drew nodded before remembering he couldn’t see him. “Yeah. See you tomorrow.”

Something warm and golden bloomed in his chest as he hung up, making him smile again.

Sitting out on the dock, a couple beers and the light of a tiki torch. Music came from the little radio that had been kept out on the dock, taken in when not in use, for many years. The stars shined bright and there was the sound of cicadas coming from the swamp. Drew glanced over at Alice. Smiled. 

“I can’t STAND when you look at me with those long eyelashes.”

Slowly, his smile turned to a grin, lighting his face up. “You can’t? Well, I can’t help how long they are, but if you don’t want me to look...” He held a hand up, covering his eyes, peeking between fingers.

quinn is definitely the one who is always on top with trends since its like her “duty” to know what is in and out of style. i feel like ryder and drew would know a bit as well but not as much as quinn. and one who couldn’t care less would be either isla or alex because they got way better things to do than to worry about “irrelevant” things.
