sometimes revisiting the classics doesn't just mean watching the original halloween. spooky tuesday is a (now not so new!) podcast where we’re breaking down all of our favorite slashers, thrillers, monster movies and black comedies on the new scariest day of the week.

the thing about the 2014 film as above so below is that we're actually not smart enough to take it on on our own — so when we decided to cover it for the pod, we knew we had to invite a pal to join us. cue actual italian literature and apparent dante/virgil shipper manu!!! as we explore the catacombs and all nine circles of hell, she's helping us figure out what exactly happened, who's deserving and who's damned, and if this movie was just too smart for all the critics who declared it rotten.

Initially set for a 2007 release, John Erick Dowdle’s mockumentary profiling of a serial killer was pulled from the release slate and faded away.  In 2014, the film received a light VOD release and vanished again.
