Giving every Disventure Camp contestant a Warrior cat name.

So I saw @stormydraws designs and names for The Carnival of Chaos and it looked fun so I thought I’d try my hand and do the contestants from each season. I might make designs, idk. Also I’m not doing FvF because I want to give some of the characters a chance to actually do something.

my idea on how to make it so these guys all form a clan without having to add every single relative is that most of them are from an old territory that had too many clans and had a lot of conflict and disasters so cats were fleeing and dying left and right. Everyone got a vision about a new clan safe from all of the blood shed. Many were already separated from their family/their family is dead.

Some of the younger siblings/kids are brought along but others lost.

Aubrey, Drew, and Lake would all discuss dick moves from AO3 authors behind the scenes.

They'd do it in sign language.

Drew is mute and writing everything he wants to say gets tedious and takes a bit, so he learned sign language.

Lake is deaf, and when her hearing aids don't work, she can't easily pick up what other people are saying so she learned sign language.

Aubrey learned sign language just because why not

Everybody knew that Drew was written off the show because ONC doesn’t know how to write neurodivergent people.

To think he could have been a mute diva, but noooo.

They didn’t even have the consideration to give him any design changes, given he was 20 years old in TomJake S2.

So I gave him queer magic.

Drew in my little story is 21. He still has selective mutism and still writes in his notebook to communicate. I understood that he was a lowkey character, so I based his personality to be similar to Yoonchae’s: mature, calm and collected, but when he gets the chance to be moody, outgoing, and energetic, he takes it.

I felt like it gave him an excuse to communicate with face and body language. With how he communicates in the canon story, it’s obvious he isn’t shy.

Yeah, so I made him a diva. But the cherry on top is that he’s straight. Hot take, we need more “camp straight” tropes, and ONC’s take on it (Yul) was a flop. Also, I just NEED a scene where Drew writes in his notebook in reply: “I’m not gay, I’m just ✨French✨.”

Just saying.
