He saw his screen and realized it was actually a video call, and his hands suddenly grew crammy. Sydney raised her brows from her cup, looking at him in a questioning gaze.
“It’s the cast.” Drew said, and Sydney waved it off, knowing that they were tight knit group who called each other very often for random video calls.
Sydney scrunched up her face at Drew, who put down his phone, and turned it on silent.
“Don’t you wanna pick up?” She asked him.
He just shrugged, looking anywhere but her eyes, suddenly very interested in his coffee.
“Drew....” Sydney started, knowing that he had done something. “Okay, fine!” He sighed. “I sort of posted a risky story on insta this morning.”
Syd raised her eyebrows at him.
He fumbled around for a second after heading inside to get her phone and showing her his story.
Sydney’s eyes were wide. Drew was almost too nervous to function.
“My hair look like shit in this” was all Sydney said as she smirked up looking at drew, whose face also broke out into a smile. “So I can tell my friends about us?”
His palms grew sweaty as she took a pause.
“Fine.” She raised his pinky in front of me. “No one else.” He fit his pink around her holding onto her soft skin. “I know.” He said, his voice soft.
She got up to go inside probably wanting to shower as he pressed the green button.
Six faces emerged on his screen as he checked who all were there. Instant noise filled the room as they all attacked with him with questions, making him push his phone away a little.
“One at a time please!” Drew exclaimed.
“Okay okay okay , EVERYONE SHUT UP.” Maddy raised her voice, everyone listened as she was scary as fuck sometimes.
“Drewseph Starkey, who the fuck is this girl on your story?!”
