Best Wan Ton Mee in Toa Payoh so far. 品香 is a favorite stall whenever you visit this humble hawker centre in the morning. Patrons crowding around the stall & the bubbly voice auntie greeting u when u visit them. Their signature noodles is their chicken feet mee which was totally a sold out when i reached at 910am. WTM is their next on the list, with their soft yet chewy noodles is cooked so palatable that all young or old would loved it. Their chilli is also the well-liked dried shrimp chilli. Not too spicy but nice shrimpy smell with slight heat enhanced the wholesome experience of their noodles. The veg is cooked till soft without forgoing the crunchy texture. Reasonably sliced char sio, soft and juicy that is loved. The sauces from their chicken feet brotch is savoury and fragrance that will make your taste bud asking for more till the last drop. The Wan Ton is generously wrapped with chunk of seasoned minced meat coupled with some dried fish (鐵鱼)which gave you the woody smell and sweet taste. If you are keen to visit them, do avoid every Monday. They are open from 8am to 1pm but most of the ingredients would be sold out by about 11am.
