I think that Driftzan's "special" Spiral would be Grief/Shame, manifesting only after spending time with Nitzan and getting to know him more/helping take on his responsibilities. They take on too much, enough that they can't do it without burning out parts of themself, but they both have... complexes about losing people.

Hence: Petrus, the Remorseful Chevalier, a courageous and brave knight whose determination to take on greater and greater battles without accepting aid (intent on protecting those he cares about; intent on proving that he can take care of himself; reluctance to accept that he cannot be everything people want him to be) led to his own painful death on the battlefield, alone and surrounded by enemies. One cannot draw blood from a stone.
