So I heard another REALLY stupid reason why the Hammond Collection Indominus Rex is supposedly "the worst HC figure"...🫩

Apparently people are upset with the size of the wound + Tracker piece because they think Mattel wanted the Hammond Collection to be "more for babies."

(The Piece in question):

The reason why it's so big is because of, well... What are the chances your baby gets a hold of the piece, and swallows it? That's right! A high chance.

Mattel markets the Hammond Collection as a premium collector's line. But at the same time, they don't want your infant to become a statistic on an online news article.

So some changes NEED to be made so you don't have one less member of the family.🫩

Does it suck the piece is oversized compared to the movie? Yeah. But I'm willing to make compromises if it means we don't have to dig babies graves constantly...

The Hammond Collection Indominus Rex is still fantastic even with its "problems"🙄.

I like how the Ultimasaurus actually looks like a hybrid, unlike the Indominus Rex which just looks like some weird bland fantasy dinosaur.

I'm kinda reminded of the #BuildABetterFakeTheropod trend that was going on around 2015.

Meet Apple iPhone 6s Plus my elderly crusty Indominus Rex. She likes big ball, chewing tire, napping, scritches and bath time.
