So this happened. I finally bought a bottle of french Creme de Violette liqueur and made my first cocktail! Of course it had @HendricksGin in it too! It’s call The Union Jack and simply calls for one ounce of each, but in true Eve form I did two ounces of each. After tasting, loved the flavor, but will cut the Violette by 1/2 next time.
