December 13th has come, and we are 11 days until Easter Island. Tonight was extra bright with the full moon! My monday resting time is disrupted with drills, an abandoned ship drill and one other, usually a fire drill. While pulling my groggy self out of my bunk to the sound of several short alarms followed by one long ring is not the ideal way to wake up, after lugging my immersion suit and life vest to the aft deck I’m greeted by the noon day sun. Which is quite nice to see, at least that one time a week!
