When the holiday season comes around, I always treasure the great moments shared with friends and family over a great whisky while studying its history 🥃 Part of the @SecretSpeyside Collection, this Caperdonich 30-Year-Old, matured in American oak barrels for three decades, was the last single malt that lay to rest in the distillery when its doors were closed in 2011.
