Would love it if u told me abt some of ur favorite lizards and geckos and crocodilians :3
HOOO okok so sorry for going on a massive ramble I have lizard autism My personal top lizard is the shingleback >:) They're related to bluetongue skinks, mate for life and give live birth!
They also get called sleepy lizards because they're so slow and generally placid. I've made my mum pull over the car to pick them up off the middle of the road and drop them off in bushes. Honorable lizard mention would be iguanas. My favorite Iguana are marine iguanas! They dive underwater to eat algae and can slow down their heart-rates to conserve oxygen.
also for brevity's sake: Lace monitor just because they're pretty.
FOR GECKOS, I really love marble geckos. They make little barking sounds when threatened :) Also I love how diverse their patterns and colourations are! They're so pretty and polite looking.
Also love crested geckos for the crest (obviously) and the no-thoughts look behind their eyes.
and then finally for geckos: The tokay gecko. For being a (very beautiful) fat angry cunt...
I'm a massive fan of crocodilians in general, but saltwater crocodiles are very cute and get quite large.
