Have you ever wanted to do something but you weren't qualified or weren't the right age or needed to attain a few other things before they would even look at you? Then you set out trying to achieve that thing, always having in your mind the master vision of what the end goal will be. Eventually, however long it took you to get all those boxes ticked. You managed to get an interview and eventually get the job/position and start the training of that goal you were trying to achieve. From start to finish you may have taken weeks, months or years to be able to qualify BUT in the end you gained skills, stamina, drive, determination maybe even some like minded friends along the way.
