Driving Without a Licence
In Ontario, driving without a valid licence is an offence under Section 32(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. This includes operating a vehicle without ever having been licensed, as well as driving with an expired, suspended, or otherwise invalid licence.
Fines for this offence range from $200 to $1,000, and novice drivers who violate the rules of the Graduated Licensing Program may face a licence suspension.
Even if it seems like a minor infraction, this charge can carry lasting consequences. Understanding your legal standing is key. https://streetjustice.ca/2022/03/30/drive-no-licence/
